Daniel began his current spell at Abacus in February 2011, initially working in the Credit Liaison department, and then progressing to Customer Services in May the same year. He is now a Senior Customer Services Officer and is responsible for overseeing the debt management programs of a large client base. Daniel is also an NCTJ qualified trainee reporter with a degree in Media and Sports Journalism. In addition to his contributions to the ClearDebt blog, he also writes about sport on his own blog Sport of Call.
