Hi,
A few years ago my husband took out a loan with Lloyds TSB. The loan included insurance, in case anything was to go wrong. The loan waas paid off early. Today a letter arrived from Lloyds TSB informing my husband he was due to receive a pay out as he had settled the debt early. As we are now in an IVA, does the pay out go to cleardebt?
