|

Hello,
I have some debt on my credit cards, nearly £30,000.00. Now I can not afford the minimum payments around £1000.00. If I do the IVA, how much is your fee, is it on monthly basis?
I am paying mortgage, with IVA is there any problem on my mortgage.... Thanks

Hi Spider,
In order for me to give the most appropriate advice, I would require more details to which you have provided and would therefore ask you to complete our online IVA Application which can be found at http://www.cleardebt.co.uk/cleardebt_iva_online_1.php - with regards to our fees, these are taken from the monthly contributions that you propose to make to your creditors through the IVA and so there are no additional/hidden costs due to ourselves, further information on our fees can be found at http://www.cleardebt.co.uk/IVA/iva-advice-help.php#149
If you are a home owner entering into an IVA, your property willk have to be professionally valued during the term of your Arrangement, most likely towards the end and approximately 85% of your equity will have to be paid over for the benefit of your creditors from the re-mortgage of your property, again further details regarding properties in IVAs can be found at http://www.cleardebt.co.uk/IVA/iva-help-what-will-happen-to-my.php
In the meantime, should you require any further information, please feel free to contact me or take a look around our homepage www.cleardebt.co.uk
Regards
Cheryl Allen, Insolvency Manager.
