Hi everyone,
I have just been reading your site and filled in the debt analyser and i think i will be eligible for an IVA. I live in Scotland, can i get an IVA?
Is anything any different to a normal IVA in Scotland?
How do i get cracking?
Thanks for any help and advice anyone can give me! |

The laws in Scotland are quite different, but there is something fairly similar. Technically you need to go for a Trust Deed or Protected Trust Deed.
Another poster has just asked a similar question - you can find his Q and my A here. But do note that you may be eligible for an IVA if you have a significant majority of English creditors - we've done several like that.
