I have a CCJ issued against me.
The solicitors sent an agent round because I was late making a couple of payments and have added £55 to the claim.
Can someone amend the amount being claimed once the CCJ has been issued? |

If you speak to the solicitors involved advise them that you're in difficulties and that you would like them to remove the charge. Ask them for a copy of the terms that state that they're allowed to charge you this amount.
It's very important to keep up with repayments on a County Court Judgement. The consequences of non-payment could be goods levied and removed my certified bailiffs, or an attachment of earnings.
If you have any further problems, seek advice from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau
