Hi,
I'm looking to try & find a reputable mortgage advisor who can help me consolidate some of my debts. i have quite a lot of equity in my home (about £120k or so) & have about £35k on credit cards. I've had some bad credit over the last year or so when things have been out of control - but i'm working full time.
i've spoken to a few companies but they seem to only offer high rates & high fees - if anyone has any tips about who i can speak to who won't rip me off, it'd be great.
cheers

Ben,
Thank you for your post.
Unfortunately, if you have a bad credit rating, you will be limited to who will offer you a loan and therefore may not be able to obtain the best interest rate on the market.
ClearDebt Limited use a team of mortgage advisors called Springfree who check all offers on the market for you, seeking the best interest rates possible. They actually specialise in obtaining secured loans/re-mortgages for homeowners with poor credit ratings.
If you require any more information about Springfree or would like me to refer you to them for an enquiry, please do not hesitate to contact me on 08000 192 095.
Regards,
