I have a few horses and a lot of debt.

If i did an IVA or went bankrupt, would my creditors take my horses?

i love my horses and would not give them up.

Unfortunately, i cannot provide you with a definate answer to your question as i would require much more information...

I am sure your creditors would ask the full facts about your horses before considering asking you to surrender them,

i.e - What the value of the horses are?
How much they cost to keep?
Do your horses bring in any income?

If you supply me with the above i may be able to give you a better insight into what may be requested of you and your horses.

I can also help you look at other options should bankruptcy not be the best option for you at this time.
